Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1.5 cups chopped onion
  • 90 oz tomato sauce
  • 28 oz tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 16 oz lasagne
  • 2 lbs ricotta cheese
  • 24 oz mozzarella
  • parmeson cheese

  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1.5 cups chopped onion
  • 90 oz tomato sauce
  • 28 oz tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 16 oz lasagne
  • 2 lbs ricotta cheese
  • 24 oz mozzarella
  • parmeson cheese
Instructions
  1. Brown beef and strain grease
  2. Add onion, tomato paste and sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar, garlic powder and oregano
  3. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, cook lasagne til almost done, rinse in cold water and drain
  5. In baking pan, spread sauce, then alternate layers of lasagne, ricotta, sauce and mozzarella. End with sauce, mozzarella and parmesan
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
